We provide a FREE inspection and a FREE quote to all our customers. Simply bring the problem pc to us and we will inspect, diagnose and make our recommendation for your repair. We will price this and send you the quote by text message. If you wish to proceed accept if not simply call and collect your pc for no charge. Its the risk free repair. Repairs start from £30. | ||
Most repairs are completed within 24 hours of acceptance of your free quotation.
Some repairs do take longer but we will keep you inform of progress by text message.
Screen repairs and windows repairs usually take 24 hours. DC socket repairs can
take longer. |

Data on your machine is personal and will be treated as such, there maybe instances
were data will be backed up to secure your information so it is not lost. Data that
is backed up maybe kept for a short period after your work is completed, in case of your
need it again and will then be destroyed. You are advised that data can not
always be recovered and that you should make backups regularly.
However, we have a very good record of data recovery. |

All parts used are brand new unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed for 12 months.
Our replacement laptop screens are covered by warranty for 3 months against failure, but are not covered against
breakage or physical damage. |

How do I pay the bill?

We accept cash or cheque we do not currently accept credit or debit cards. We
ask that you pay on collection of your device, except in occasional instances were
you may be asked to pay in advance. |

Customers are responsible for their own data backup and pc healthcare
accepts no responsibility or liability for financial loss or inconvenience
that maybe incurred through the accidental or otherwise loss of data on a computer or IT equipment.
Any equipment abandoned on site for an extended period, eg. over one month, without express permission, maybe disposed of or sold to recoup costs. For damages relating to the secrecy or privacy of personal, financial or sensitive data of abandoned computer equipment or data storage devices that maybe left with, or disposed of by, PC Healthcare accepts no responsibilty. |
