Appointments are by arrangement only, scheduled to the hour. On site visits may incur a call out charge. Free quotes are normally available within 24 hours but can take longer in some instances. Priority service may incur an additional priority charge to be agreed.

New parts are used unless otherwise stated, all new parts have a warranty of 12 months except LCD laptop screen panels which are covered for 3 months. Accidental damage cover is not included.

Customers are responsible for their own data backup and pc healthcare accepts no responsibility or liability for financial loss or inconvenience that maybe incurred through the accidental or otherwise loss of data on a computer or IT equipment.

Any equipment left on site for an extended period, eg. over one month, without express permission, will be disposed of or maybe sold to recoup costs. PC Healthcare accepts no responsibility for the secrecy or privacy of personal, financial or sensitive data from old hard drives or data storage devices that maybe disposed of.

Customers maybe requested to pay for repairs in advance of their implementation in some instances. Customers are requested to wait for updates for pc healthcare as to the progress of their work.
